Yes! With proper care and gentle removal, our lash clusters can be reused multiple times.

Are Lashora products safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes. Our formulas are latex-free, cruelty-free, and gentle for sensitive eyes. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use if you have a history of eye sensitivity.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely! All Lashora products are 100% cruelty-free and made without animal-derived ingredients.

🔹 Application & Wear

How long do Lashora lashes last?
With proper bonding and care, Lashora lashes can last from 3 to 7 days. Some users prefer to wear them daily and reapply for a fresh look.

How do I apply the lashes?

  1. Clean lashes with Lashora Lash Bath.
  2. Apply a light coat of Bond to your natural lashes.
  3. Place clusters underneath your lash line.
  4. Press gently with the applicator.
  5. Apply Seal to lock in the bond.
    Avoid water for the first 24 hours for best retention.

Do I need glue for these lashes?
No glue is needed! Our Bond acts like glue but is more flexible, lightweight, and gentle on natural lashes.

Can I sleep with Lashora lashes on?
Yes! Many customers sleep comfortably with them on. To prolong retention, sleep on your back and avoid rubbing your eyes.

What lash style should I choose for my eye shape?
We recommend using our Lash Quiz to get a personalized suggestion. Doll eye styles are great for round eyes, while cat eye styles elongate almond or monolid eyes.

🔹 Removal & Aftercare

How do I remove the lashes safely?
Apply Lashora Remover at the base of the clusters, wait 30 seconds, and gently slide them off using the applicator. Never pull lashes directly.

Can I reuse the lashes after removal?
Yes, if removed gently and cleaned properly, the clusters can be reused several times.

How do I clean my natural lashes after removal?
Use our Lash Bath or any oil-free cleanser to gently clean your natural lashes and eyelids.

🔹 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express U.S. Shipping: 1–2 business days
    Tracking info will be sent once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Sign up to be the first to know when we launch global shipping.

Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking link is emailed once your order is shipped. You can also track it on our website using your order number.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us at support@lashora.net ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. If it has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Can I return my lash kit?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used lash kits. If the kit is unopened, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

What if my product arrives damaged or missing items?
Please email us within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll replace or refund it right away.

How do I request a refund?
Email support@lashora.net with your order details and reason for the request. We'll review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.
